Our research is in advanced materials and nanostructures for electronics and optoelectronics, which aims to provide theoretical guidance for the experimental efforts to expedite the development of electronic devices with new functionalities. We use the Density Functional Theory and model Hamiltonian approaches for semiclassical and quantum transport for electrons and phonons.
